Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. For all House Visits, Walks, Daycare. To cancel or reschedule Overnight Petsitting please notify us at least 7 days before your appointment date to cancel otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund.
